The picture above is of Dotonbori where there are a ton of stand-up noodle and shops and bars. Kind of a neon version of 6th st promenade in Santa Monica perhaps?
Raw tuna with a raw egg and tons of scallions. Yes, we can't seem to get enough of this dish!
I went for the pork katsu-the meat was extra crispy-perfection!
I don't remember the exact price of this melon other than that it was RIDICULOUSLY expensive. Something over $50-for a melon! I think it was valued for its "perfect" oval shape.
Osaka is know for their okonomiyaki!
